Refunds

The seller is the platform, not us: that decides everything else. The refund terms are theirs, and this page links to them instead of rewriting them. Below is what a European consumer is entitled to, and the parts still to be written.

A structure, not a signed text

A refunds page is the last place to improvise. Every clause below is the law's, the platform's, or still to be written with the lawyer before the first sale, and it says which.

One thing is deliberately missing, because no decision has been taken: a refund promise of our own. No «satisfied or your money back», no 30-day guarantee — not out of refusal, but because a promise must exist before it is published.

1. Who handles it

The platform, because it is the seller.

Your purchase is made from the store, and the platform acts as merchant of record: the seller of record. It takes the payment, issues the invoice, and handles refunds and disputes under its own policy.

The refund terms are not written here: they are the seller's. Two versions of the same rule would be worse, and the one that counts would not be this one.

2. What the law already gives you

Two protections, and this page cannot take them away.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, two protections apply to a purchase like this, whatever any terms page says:

  • The right of withdrawal. On a distance contract you normally have 14 days to change your mind. For digital content supplied immediately there is an exception, but only under conditions the law sets out — including that the supply began with your consent, after you were told you would lose the right. The conditions of sale, and how that consent is collected at checkout, are the seller's: the platform's pages state them.
  • The legal guarantee of conformity. Digital content and digital services must conform to what was promised, for the period the law sets — two years under the Italian consumer code (D.Lgs. 173/2021). The exact wording is confirmed with the lawyer before the first sale.

These protections are mandatory: nothing in our terms, and nothing in the platform's, can remove them.

3. What has to exist before the first sale

Three things, and none can be shortened.

This page is the structure. Before the store opens, the following must be written and linked here:

What the refunds page must contain, and who writes it.

Eunomia marked these three items as not to be done without the lawyer's answer: the page is not published without them.

4. In practice

What you can do before, and what to do after.

Before paying, you can use the program for seven full days for nothing: the trial switches everything on, and when it ends the program stops — nothing is charged, and there is no free plan to fall back on. If you are unsure, spend those seven days with it before paying.

If something is wrong with a purchase — a double charge, a licence that does not arrive, a payment you did not intend — start with the platform that sold it: that is where the payment and the invoice live.

If you cannot find your way, write to info@optionstudioevo.com and we will point you to the right place. We cannot process refunds ourselves: we did not make the sale.

Write before you dispute

A chargeback arrives as a dispute and takes weeks for everyone. A message to the seller usually takes a day. If something has gone wrong, write first — to the platform, or to us.
